Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Standard Shipping: ₹99 We will ship any standard shipping from India Post, Delhivery, and Shree Maruti Courier. Working days 2-8Days (depend upon location vary time)

Express Shipping: ₹350 We will ship express shipping via Dtdc or Shree Maruti Courier.  Working Days 2-5days (depend upon location vary time.)

What is wishlist?

A wishlist allows shoppers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference. Wishlists signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

How long will delivery take?

Our Ecommerce site allows to compare the product for best your decisions on products .

My order has missing parts or accessories

Well, chances are very feeble that the parcel will have some missing parts or accessories.
But even if the customer receives an incomplete order, then please submit a request mentioning mail the below details and we will get back to you.

What customer needs to do?
Submit a request mentioning

1. Order number

2. Email ID used at the time of placing order.

3. Snapshots of the package which will show the missing item

Once the ticket is submitted,

What will we do?
we will get back to you in 48 hours with the resolution and we will mail you if we need further information, else we will ship the missing item right away informing you about the tracking details.

Why will we ask you for more information?

 if the item is missing in a particular order then our system will show that the extra material is in stock which means that some orders are shipped with missing items and this way we can track as to what was the missing part.
Once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, we will send you the item with shipping details with immediate effect.

 

Make sure to contact us in 2 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How do I pay for my order?

We have available payment mode options such as UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, and even Paytm wallet from the checkout page. We don’t take charges from payment gateway.

 

COD, We aren’t available at the moment.

I have not received all my issues, can you help?

Our Customer Services Team can sort this out for you. If you email the team, please include your name and order number in the subject line.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive the original invoice from us.

Can I cancel the order and refund the money?

If you want to cancel the order please mentioned briefly to us –

  • Order number
  • Reason of cancellations

Once the request is submitted,
We will check
-if the order is yet to be shipped if it is not shipped, then we will cancel the order and process your refund in your original mode of payment.
-If the parcel is already out of warehouse and is in transit, you can reject the parcel so that it will come back to us.

Once our team will check out the cancellations. If confirmed then the refund will be initial 5-7 working days.

Money deducted but no order got placed?

It happens sometimes, In such cases the money is neither with us nor with the bank but if we receive your money without order, we will refund it within 4-5 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 5 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at bank’s end.

If the money still does not reflect in your bank account, contact us and we will get back to you

What customer needs to do?

1. Name of the customer

2. Email ID used at the time of placing order.

3. Any reference number of transaction that you received from bank.

PRODUCT

Product No longer needed

Yes, we do take such cases when the customer no longer needs the product. The customer needs to make sure that the product is not used.

The product will be return eligible  if it meets the below criteria

1. The order should not be older than 15 days from the date of delivery irrespective of the warranty period. Orders older than 15 days are not eligible for this case as well as some product comes with a manufacturer seal so, the warranty Policy shall cover only those issues pertaining to the manufacturing defects in the product. In any other case, No return will be accepted if the seal is broken.

3. The refund will be made once we receive and inspect/test the product at our location. The shipping and COD charges( If applicable) are not refundable in such cases.

I want to know where is my order?

Once the product is shipped we’ll let you know the tracking id via mail or WhatsApp message. Please check Track your order in the account section.

 

Note: For any incorrect delivery status issue, we request the customer to please first check with your neighbors, security guard, and watchman and still you face a delivery issue then please call and raise the ticket at info@spare3d.in within 48hrs after the incorrect delivery status of the order.

Product is out of stock, when will it be in stock?

It may happen that the sale of some particular products is faster than the others and may soon get out of stock. Our restocking time generally alters from 1 month depending upon the product category. If you still want to know about the restocking time, you can notify it or you can mail us info@spare3d.in

Product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

At Spare3d.in we follow the highest standards for packaging. We make sure that our product remains intact even with some of the worst handling.
As per our experience, even the box may appear to be damaged badly from outside, the product inside it works for most of the cases.Having said so, if at all, a customer receives a damaged product(which is found after customer uses the product), its better to get in touch with us, we are there to take care.

If you receive the package in badly damaged condition, Make sure to contact us immediately in 2 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible.

What customer needs to do?

Please submit each following terms to mail us –

  1. Order number
  2. Customer Name along with email id(from placed order) and phone no.
  3. Some snapshots or videos of the damaged parcel along with the damaged product.

Once we received request our team will reply at most 48hours.

Type of resolutions
1. We will send you a replacement or
2. We will ask you to send the damaged part back to us,

I have a technical query or need some information about a product

It is understandable that a customer will have some technical query before making any purchase on spare3d.in.

No worries, we are there to answer your technical queries.

Submit a ticket mentioning

1. Product code/SKU—>It is found on the product page.

2. Brief description of your query.

Once we receive your query, we will get back to you soon with the possible answers.

My order is different from what was ordered/ I received wrong item

Well, chances are very feeble that the parcel will have some missing parts or accessories.

      what you got:-(just a brief description which will help us identify the product will be sufficient)

Once the ticket is submitted,

what we will do?
we will get back to you in 48 hours and we will mail you if we need further information, else we will ship you the product which you actually intended (‘The Right Product’)

why will we ask for further information?

As soon the wrongly delivered product is shipped back to us, the customer is required to send the snapshot of the packed parcel and the tracking details of the same.
Once these are submitted, our executive will send the right product to you.
