Aluminum GT2 Timing Pulley 16 Tooth 5mm Bore For 6mm Belt

This is an Aluminum GT2 Timing Pulley 16 Tooth 5mm Bore For 6mm Belt. For precise motion control, GT2 belts and pulleys offer excellent precision at a great price. This pulley is meant for use with GT2 6mm wide belts only – MXL belts will slip due to the different tooth profiles.

This pulley has 16 teeth and a 5mm inner bore. Two set screws can be used to attach it firmly to any 5mm diameter shaft. Full aluminum construction means these are very light and very durable.

GT2-6mm Belt Width 20 Teeth 5mm Bore Timing Pulley with 20Teeth of 2mm pitch. Aluminum 20T GT2 timing pulley has a high-quality shiny surface appearance and robust construction, longer working life. The rounded teeth of this tooth and belt are engaged together longer providing a smoother transition between teeth, good performance for 3D printers. Applications include 3D printer, CNC, Laser Engraver, other Automation Equipment. Compatible with GT2 timing belt, GT2 timing belt pulley system especially suited for linear movement and positioning, and it’s good for GT2 6mm Width Belt.

Note: As this Pulley has two grub fitting, it comes with + 0.4 to 0.7 mm tolerance for the differential motor shaft. It will loose fit the 5 mm shaft without grub fitting. Please note before buy.
